Warranty

We offer a 5-year warranty on our beds and chairs —because we know they deliver on their promises.

All other products (such as tents or accessories) are covered by a2-year warranty.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship —but not normal wear and tear, improper use, or unauthorized modifications to the product.

If you'd like to file a warranty claim, just send us an email at info@discobed.ch —preferably including your order number, a brief description of the problem, and a few photos. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution.
