2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Disc-O-Bed Schweiz GmbH online store.

The online store is intended exclusively for customers residing in Switzerland.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Offer and Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

The sales contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order or the goods are shipped.

4. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable sales tax, if any.

Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.

Prices are subject to change, and errors may occur.

5. Payment Methods

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online store. These include, in particular:

• TWINT
• PostFinance

Payments are processed through the respective payment service providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available only within Switzerland.

Shipping is handled by the following shipping provider:

DHL

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, unless otherwise specified for the product in question.

If a product is unavailable, we will notify the customer immediately.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Disc-O-Bed Schweiz GmbH until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.

The customer is required to inspect the delivered goods upon receipt and to report any obvious defects within a reasonable period of time.

9. Liability

Disc-O-Bed Schweiz GmbH's liability is limited to intentional acts and gross negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Returns and Refunds

You may return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in perfect condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been inspected.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

Swiss law applies exclusively.

13. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Disc-O-Bed Schweiz GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
